infoVisto provides assistance with visa and immigration applications, ticket and accommodation bookings, travel insurance and tours. The exact service, price and timeline are confirmed to you in writing before we start.

Visa and immigration decisions

Decisions on visas, permits and citizenship are made only by embassies, consulates and immigration authorities. We prepare your application carefully, but we cannot guarantee the outcome. Government fees are set by the authorities and are not refundable by us.

Your information

You must give us complete, true and current information and documents. When you book for other travellers, you confirm that you are authorised to act for them and will share these terms with them.

Prices and payment

Prices on this website are indicative. Ticket, accommodation and tour prices may change until the booking is confirmed and paid. Payments are made in euro.

Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations of tickets, accommodation, insurance and tours follow the rules of the airline, hotel, insurer or provider, which we share with you before booking. Our service fee for work already done is not refundable.

Accuracy of information

We keep the information on this website up to date, but rules and requirements change often. Please confirm the details with us before making decisions.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers keep all the rights given to them by Italian and EU consumer law.
