What we collect and why
When you contact us we collect your name, email, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message. We use them only to answer your request and, if you become a client, to provide our services (legal basis: steps prior to a contract and the contract itself, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Documents you send for a visa or residency application are used only for that application.
Who sees your data
Our staff and, where needed for your case, the immigration lawyers, insurers or travel providers involved in your request. Our website runs on Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Client records are kept as long as required by Italian tax and accounting law.
Cookies
This website uses only technical cookies needed for it to work. The Google map on the contact page loads only if you click “Show map”; Google may then set its own cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy, by writing to ivisti.eu@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
